About Pivotal
Pivotal Health Care is a management company that consults or manages senior living and senior adult health care facilities. Pivotal assists its clients by helping them identify their goals and then achieve them with the institutional knowledge and resources available only at Pivotal. These goals could include, but are not limited to: survey compliance; vendor contract negotiations; project remodeling; HUD compliance; financing assistance; and reimbursement review and assistance for both Medicaid and Medicare. Our clients benefit from our more than 50 years of experience in the management of long-term health care facilities, the turnaround of underperforming properties, and the development of new facilities.
Levels of Care
With 1- and 2-bedroom floor plans, seniors can find the right situation for them. They’ll enjoy weekly light housekeeping, an emergency pendant system, maintenance-free living, and more!
We have 1- and 2-bedroom assisted living apartments available. Each comes with a kitchenette, weekly housekeeping and linen service, and an emergency call system monitored 24/7. Our assisted living residents don’t have to lift a finger when it comes to apartment maintenance — we’ve got that covered.
Our communities Medicare approved and certified. Physical, occupational, and speech therapy is available 5 or 6 days a week.
You can also enjoy our spa with whirlpool tub and fireplace.
Our long-term care residents are provided with a full calendar and activities and events. They can also enjoy our enclosed courtyard. We ensure they are taken care of and loved every hour of the day.
Our memory care communities are called Maggie’s Place; they’re designed to feel like a cozy home featuring 16 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. There are spaces to gather, socialize and relax with family and friends. Maggie’s Place will simulate the comfort, sounds, smells and feeling of home that engage our residents’ long-term memories.
Residents will be encouraged to bring their own special pictures and treasures to help with their joy and contentment. Our trained and tenured universal staff will oversee the differing needs of our residents, ensuring medication management, promoting creative engagement and providing nourishing meals with patience, kindness, and compassion.
